ABOUT LEE

Lee has had the desire to help people achieve their dreams since he was a teenager in Houston, TX.  He is the Founder/CEO of Life Empowerment Enterprises, Inc., a Life Coaching, and Certification company providing coaching services in various areas. He has planted and pastored several churches (www.thesource.church) for over 20 years. He began to realize how great the need was to help people reshape their lives, not only spiritually, but in many ways and find purpose again.

 

His expertise in coaching was developed through an extensive study of coaching technologies, philosophies, and various profile assessment tools. Lee has coached pastors, ministers, entrepreneurs, business men and women, and many others.

 

Lee is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelors in Business Computer Information Systems and a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a Masters of Divinity Degree.

 

He has been a motivational speaker for various organizations, especially those who work in/with re-entry (previously incarcerated individuals). The Source Church is a Station of Hope for Returning Citizens by providing Spiritual and Financial Empowerment, Reentry Coaching, jobs, transportation, housing and much more through our 501c3, Vital Signs (a re-entry ministry). Lee has, for the last 5 years, enjoyed serving as a Re-entry Coach and Motivational speaker at Philips Transitional Center and State Prison in Buford, GA. He has provided housing, job and life skill training, and spiritual economic empowerment to hundreds of Returning Citizens (Ex-Offenders). He has also served as the Greater Gwinnett Re-entry President in (gwinnettreentry.org) which he volunteered, and still volunteers, to connect Partners, Providers, and Participants to reduce prison recidivism. Lee is a life long board member of GGRA.

 

Formerly, Lee served as Gwinnett Community Coordinator for the Department of Community Supervision (www.dcs.georgia.gov.) He is committed to assisting his community in building networks of resources (housing, jobs, transportation, education, food, etc.) to help Return Citizens not only have a second chance but a better chance to succeed in life. 

Lee is currently the founder and CEO of Safe Staffing (www.safestaffinginc.com), a reentry employment agency. Safe Staffing is a three-tier staffing company which assists returning citizens in obtaining gainful employment, provides education to empower Returning Citizens to get free certification(s) and provides apprenticeship programs to assist them to become entrepreneurs.
